In the Catalan capital comes back the fashion shows “080 Barcelona Fashion”, which links modernism and contemporary fashion under one roof. All fans of fashion and fashion trends can visit screenings of new and promising designers from 30 June to 4 July.
Recently reoffend the Hospital Sant Pau, built by Antonio Gaudi a modernist building, will be the main venue for the new summer edition of 080 Barcelona Fashion Show, which will present new collections and the latest trends from international designers and brands for spring-summer 2015.
The fashion shows at the annual event 080 Barcelona Fashion serve as a platform for the internationalization of Catalan fashion, as well as a strategic process of moving of textile production and the creation of synergies between modern designers and major companies in the industry.
After thirteen successful editions, the 080 Barcelona Fashion event has established itself as a benchmark in the world of international fashion, attended by numerous fashion industry professionals and media representatives from around the world.
The summer issue of 080 Barcelona Fashion, from June 30 to July 4, will be held with many new features: a new venue, the recently renovated building of Hospital Sant Pau, new designers and new names will be added to the existing 30 brands of clothing that will present their new collections.
Hectic schedule of fashion shows includes a show featuring such famous Catalan clothing brands as: Mango, Custo Barcelona and Desigual, where will be add a unique touch of an international character with the British firm designer Marchesa, whose outfits shine on the red carpet. The defile of designer Georgina Chapman will open the summer edition 080 Barcelona Fashion, and moreover, the event will welcome the first show of the new fashion brand Scalpers, created by businessman and aristocrat, Rafael Medina, in collaboration with the brand of glasses Italia Independent.
Fashion defiles on the territory of Sant Pau Hospital will be held in an open area, where will also set the sponsors stands and temporary stores of brands of clothes, open to the public.
