Spain is on third place in the number of tourists in 2013

During 2013 Spain was visited by a record number of foreign tourists , namely 60.6 million, which enabled the country to become the world's third more visited country. Such official data was presented by President of the Government of Spain, Mariano Rajoy , at the official opening of the VII Tourism Forum in Madrid, which traditionally precedes the opening of the international tourism exhibition Fitur. Moreover, the politician marked a great job of the tourism companies of the country and their key role in the success of this important sector of the Spanish economy .
