The authoritative American magazine “The Wall Street Journal” published in its pages the analysis of the Spanish property market and noted the high interest of foreign investors in Spanish homes and apartments . The recent release of two Spanish investment companies on U.S. exchanges  market gave rise to an optimistic report of professional magazine. Most of the money capital invested in real estate in Spain, namely 70% , comes from abroad , particularly from North America. Spanish property market at the moment is of great interest of foreign investors and is more attractive, then the financial transactions or investments in the purchase of securities .

The fact that the Spanish property market is currently interested half of the countries of the world are finding more confirmation. This time the magazine “The Wall Street Journal” confirmed the high popularity of the sector in Spain. According to the article published in the magazine , now a huge flow of foreign funds aimed precisely in the Spanish property market .

In addition , the North American economic market reacts positively to the output of Spanish investment funds to the stock exchange , the main activity of which is to attract additional investment in the country and in real estate. Thus, the company “Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios” last week was able to attract an investment of 500 million euros and the company “Lar España Real Estate” – 400 million euros. The Wall Street Journal also noted that in 2013 in the Spanish real estate was invested 5,200 million euros, twice as much as a year earlier and 70% were foreign monetary funds , and most of them came from North America.
